Joe Howman

Joe Howman has twenty years experienced as a corporate trainer, facilitator and coach. He has trained and presented to staff and management throughout the Asia-Pacific, New Zealand and Australia.

He is experienced in presenting training to national and international companies that have charged him with the responsibility for the whole company training strategy.

Joe has coached clients and trained staff in the Job Services Industry over many years. In Government and Private Industry he has specialised in successful leadership strategies and company culture with an emphasis on the foundations for Emotionally Competent Leadership.

Joe is an expert in presenting motivational and attitudinal programs and has achieved outstanding results during his work with Government and contract work with the long term unemployed. The key to his success over and above the course content is his clear and simple methods of imparting the foundations for emotional competence and the essence of intrinsic motivation.

Joe trains and facilitates in a relaxed but assertive style that ensures active involvement by participants creating a sense of ownership of the material. His personal style opens the way for repetition and rehearsal which glues in the learning over the general training method of two many concepts and not enough focussed practice in a safe environment.

Kelly Lambourne

Kelly has been heavily involved in the training and mentoring sector since 1995. Following her Tertiary studies Kelly worked in a medical industry training department, organising University accredited courses throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East. During this time she was also involved in the recruitment processes of a rapidly growing company. Following on from this, she gained valuable life skills through her role as a Youth Worker in a tough UK suburb, which although very challenging, was also extremely rewarding.

Kelly’s career diversified when she relocated to Australia in 2005. She has provided consultant services to Australian corporate banks and the retail sector with their research into customer service levels. Her documented findings have helped several of our well known brands improve their customer support focus; pivotal in this current economic climate.

Recently, Kelly worked in conjunction with Australian charities and job networks to formulate and deliver training courses – helping job seekers to gain valuable skills that will enhance their chances of obtaining employment.

With a passion for her work and attention to detail, Kelly really does ensure that she gets the best results!
